The Hitchin Bridge Club (registered charity 1140632) meets in the hall of Our Lady's and St Andrews RC church 16 Nightingale Road Hitchin SG5 1QS.
Sessions are available for all abilities.
Duplicate sessions on Monday and Wednesday Afternoons at 1.30 p.m. and Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30 p.m.
Teams are played each month on the second Friday.
A host is available on Monday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday afternoons.
Thursday evenings are intended for improvers and simple systems only are allowed with partnerships limited to a combined NGS grade of 18 or less.
Supervised play sessions on Mondays at 1.30 p.m.
Beginners classes are run yearly on Mondays at 7.30 p.m. starting every October and there are workshops for Improvers monthly on Friday mornings at 10.15 a.m.
Visitors are always welcome, complimentary refreshments. Limited parking in church car park off College Row behind church.

The competition is specifically restricted to players with a rank of Advanced Master or below.
Played as ordinary club pairs in 2 sessions of 18 boards with a break for tea and homemade cakes and an opportunity to socialize.
Duplimated boards with hand records. Prizes for winners and runners up.
Pre entry essential - £16 per pair. Entries will close when numbers reach 40 pairs.
