Our club is now the USA's 40th largest ACBL-sanctioned club based upon 2009 table counts! Thank you for your support!

Special Fund Games (SFG)

Since new SFG rules from the ACBL have reduced the masterpoint awards from a 100% to a 70% sectional rating, your HHIBA Board has committed to running  a "richer mix" of ACBL, District and Unit games (whenever the masterpoint rating is higher). 

Please also note that the "new 70%" SFG rating is still 75% higher than the "old 40%" regular game rating (in use before May, 2008).

Welcome to the Hilton Head Island Bridge Club. We are an ACBL-sanctioned club, offering friendly and competitive duplicate contract bridge. We take pride in being a friendly-first bridge club. 
Our Location
Our Location

Is in the Port Royal Shopping Center on Hilton Head Island. If you are a visitor coming via US-278, look for our center -host to a large SAM'S Club - just before the five (5) mile-marker post. Click Information for mapping (left column). 

Ours is a well- lit/parked/furnished facility of 2,400 square feet in a Class A shopping center. We host a diverse mix of open and restricted games. Click Information for schedule.   
First Time Visitor?
Our BEEP program is designed for the first-time visitor. It represents our Best Efforts to find an Equal Partner (BEEP) for you. Volunteers from our club sign up for a month during which they receive your phone call and match you with a local player whose masterpoint level is close to your own. It is a very popular program!
