If you are unable to fulfil your obligation as Host on the allocated date, you must change with another member. You personally will need to contact the other member and arrange the change, then inform the Host Co-ordinator of the change. Please alter the Host List in the Information File accordingly (when making alterations please remove the List from the plastic case and use the sticky label slips which can be found behind the Host List). If you are not sure about how the Host system operates and the duties of the host, details are in the Information folder and on the Website.
