The Club Cadet Teams Championship will be held at 7.30pm on Friday 21 April 2017 in the Bridge Centre, Gosling Sports Park, AL8 6XE. It is a single session multiple teams event. The entry fee is £20 per team.

The event is for players below the rank of Master (less than 5,000 local points) as at 1 September 2016 and is open to all affiliated clubs to enter as many teams as they wish subject only to space restrictions. In the most unlikely case that entry is oversubscribed, clubs that have submitted entries for several teams will be asked to reduce their number of teams pro-rata. Pre-entry required by clubs.

If you intend to enter online and pay by bank transfer, complete the form, click on "post message" and transfer the entry fee from your bank account to HBA, sort code 30-93-89, account number 33945168 and enter "your name" as the reference. Please note that the HBA bank account details have changed from those you may have used in the past.

If you intend to pay by cheque, print out the completed form and send with cheque payable to Hertfordshire Bridge Association for £20 to M Minting, Little Bushey, Bovingdon Green, Herts, HP3 0LF.
