The Premises Group met to consider the latest information now available concerning the damp.  It is clearly important to address this issue.  However, the investigations are not yet complete and the urgency and impact on the Recommendation of the Premises Group which has been published for the EGM is, as yet, unclear (for example, how/if some of the damp-proofing work could be done as part of the wider programme).  Ted Latham (as Chair of Directors), has agreed that it is appropriate to postpone the EGM.  The Premises Group will meet shortly.  In the meantime some urgent works, such as the boiler and first floor Ladies refurbishment will proceed.
