Charity Club Championships

Join us Monday, April 8, Tuesday, April 9, and Thursday, April 11 for Charity Club Championship games.  You will have the opportunity to earn extra points.  There will be overall awards.  The card fee is $7.  See you there!

Bridge Classes

Latest Info on Bridge Classes

March 4, 11 and 25, we will continue to explore Slam Bidding from 9:30 - 10:45.  Cost is $5.  If you stay and play at 11, the total cost is only $8 for the class and the game.  Tuesday, March 5 we will start a new class - Bridge Basics II - Competitive Bidding.  The cost is $30 for 6 classes.  The book, written by Audrey Grant, is $12.  The class is from 9:30 - 11:15.  You can stay and practice play for free.  No class Tuesday, March 19.  Join us and tell your friends!

Welcome to Hampton Roads Duplicate Bridge Club site.

This club's director is Cathy Hildebrand.

We have lessons on Monday & Thursday at 10:15 am.  If you would like to learn how to play bridge or just upgrade your skills, please join us.

Games are conducted at the Peninsula Duplicate Bridge Center. From Interstate 64, take Exit 263A (Mercury Boulevard-US 258). Stay on Mercury Boulevard until you reach Newmarket Drive where you turn left. Turn right on 79th Street. The PDBC is next to the US Post Office in the strip mall on the left.

Audrey Grant Festival

Please reserve October 29 and 30 to attend the Audrey Grant Festival.  The seminar will be held at the James River Country Club the first day and at the Ford's Colony Country Club the second day.  Morning and afternoon seminars and lunch are included each day.  Attend one day for $75 or both days for $130.  We will announce when sign-ups will begin.  SPREAD THE WORD!

Food Bank Declared April Charity

Funds raised in the April Local Charity games will go to the local Food Bank.  We will also be collecting food to give to the Food Bank all month.  Please bring something non-perishable when you come to play this month to denote to the Food Bank.  Thanks!
