Bridgewebs is one giant web site and the Login Code will be your assigned club login code and will be the same each time. Associated with this login code are 4 passwords.

Go to Web Administration - Settings - Passwords to set these passwords.

Administrator Password
The main Administration password is for the Web Administrator to update any aspect of the site including uploading scores.

Secondary Password ( mainly SUPERSEDED by Member WebAdmin Access, see below )
The Secondary password is available to allow some updating of the site, as ticked, to be given to an alternative person without necessarily giving them the Web Administrator password.
and allows update in restricted sections:

• News
• People
• Membership
• Competitions
• Pictures
• Documents
• Menu

Scorer Password
The Scorer password can be given to scorers and is used to check results uploads only and will not allow access to Web Administration. However, results uploads will also be accepted with the Administrator or Secondary password.

Member Password/Member Registration Code
The "Member Registration Code" is set here and can be given to members to enable them to register for the "Members Only" pages. Once registered they will use their own passwords associated with their email. See Members Only for more details.

Uploading Results
When uploading results, Bridgewebs will accept any of the 3 main passwords.

Member WebAdmin Access

Once you have set up a Membership Database, you can assign a particular Member (email) to update particular aspects of WebAdmin.

Go to the Membership list
Click Member to Amend
In "Member Admin" section, tick sections this member is allowed to update.

¶2 not recommended to give access to these, as they would allow access to options which could be used to access a higher level, but could be useful for some purpose.

These options will only be displayed and allowed to be updated with the main Administrator password.

Anyone with these privileges will get an extra Tab when they log into the "Member Only" allowing them to access WebAdmin for their selected options.
