Membership - Find a Partner/Bookings

The "Find a Partner/Bookings" feature provides a way for Members to enter requests regarding Forthcoming Events. This is a Hybrid between the "Members Only" messages which are private and the "Message Board" using the Form feature which is public.

To add an entry as a member, you will need to login to the Members Only, choose "Find a Partner", then

You can also tick whether your email and/or phone number should show when people view the "Find a Partner/Bookings" page

To amend any entries, simply return and adjust your "Ticks" as necessary.

Please Note:

If in "Web Admin" mode, then the Web Administrator can do this for any Member.

** The bookings part of this feature isn't intended as a full booking system for members, but as a useful aid to the director. So if playing as a pair or Team, then one of you can indicate and just enter your partner as John or Jill.

Any entries made through the "Find a Partner/Booking" system will show on the main web site and be available to the public under the "Find a Partner" menu entry. If you want to use this page, you need to go to "Web Admin" - "Menu" - "Amend" to add this to your menu.

Otherwise, if any "Find a Partner/Bookings" requests have been made, then a link to the "Find a Partner" page will also be available on the Calendar against the individual calendar entry. Only the Names will be shown. For "Partner" requests the phone/email link will also show using the "Spam Limiter" popup email option will show if allowed.

Messages entered on the "Members Only" "Message Board" can be marked as Public or Private. The "Find a Partner/Bookings" page will also show any "Public" messages left on the "Members Only" "Message Board".

This is a self-archiving system and all entries past "Today" will be omitted.
