The "Membership List" feature provides a method of adding a formatted selected list of members to any News Item. This is particularly useful for identifying, say "Honorary Members", or a list of Hosts

The "Membership List" feature can be invoked by setting the option in "Settings" - "Options" to Yes.

Once this option is set to Yes, you will see an extra button "Add MB List" on a News Item.

Click "Add MB List" and you will see an extra option below the Editor Box.
Click the "Edit" button to design your "MB List"
You can choose:

• the Columns to show and change the Column Titles to show
• the Selection Criteria
• the Sequence
• the Format
  • Style - Column or Grid and, if grid, show a membership picture
  • Columns - show more than 1 column, especially in "Grid" style
  • Picture Width - Include a Membership Picture and what size
  • Maximum Rows - For efficiency, if 10 chosen and Columns 3, will show 30 entries.

Click OK

Because of the security considerations, you can attach security levels to the page.

If the page is:

• "Public" and no Restrictions, anyone can see the list.
• "Public" and Restrictions, only members with matching groups can see the list
• "Members Only" and no Restrictions, any member can see the list
• "Members Only" and Restrictions, members with matching groups can see the list
• Web Administrator can see any page regardless.

If a page is restricted, then the page will show up, but a warning message will appear instead of member list
