Introduction - Members Only - Members

The "Members Only " feature allows Members to access and update information restricted to members and thus not available to the general public..

More details on setting this up can be found by clicking Member Only Setup

This "Members Only" page has a number of [Tabs] depending on the club's requirements.

You can "Login" to access the "Members Only" pages.

"Logging In"

You will need to check with the club whether you are registered.
Enter your email and click [Login].
If you get a message "Enter a password", then the first time you use the "Member Only", click "Forgotten Password" and an email will be sent to you with a link to "Set/Reset" your password. Follow the instructions.

If you get a message "You are not registered" then you will need to contact the club to get yourself registered.

"Find a Partner" Tab

The "Find a Partner" Tab allows you to enter a Partner Request and view details of other requests.

Make sure you tick/untick the "Show Telephone/email" as desired.
Then tick the first Box next to the date that you are looking for a partner. Enter notes if desired.
If you find a partner return to this tab and untick.
If your club is "Full" it can also be useful to tick the second box to say you are not available on a particular day

"Bookings" Tab

The "Bookings" Tab is part of the "Find a Partner" Tab and allows you allows you to book for a special event when requested by your club.

Make sure you tick/untick the "Show Telephone/email" as desired.
Then tick the third Box next to the date that you are booking. Enter your partner.

"Messages" Tab

This page allows users to see messages entered by other members and enter their own message. Messages can be created quickly using one of the system generated messages or enter their own. You can also set how long a message should stay there for.

Messages entered on the "Members Only" - "Message Board" can be marked as Public or Private. The "Find a Partner/Bookings" page will also show any "Public" messages left on the "Members Only" "Message Board".

"Member List" Tab

The "Member List" shows details of registered members, not accessible to the general public.

"Accounts" Tab

Allows you to view and change your personal details held by the club..
