Unlike a conventional web site, the information for each page is maintained in a different way depending on the information to be shown. These are:

| Competitions | Pages created to show Ladders etc. | |
| News | General news and information pages including the Home page and "Useful Links" | |
| People | The club Committee and Member pages | |
| Picture Library | The Committee and Contact database for use in "News" pages and display on the web site | |
| Document Library | Extra information created outside Bridgewebs and uploaded as pages in their own right | |
| Where & When | The "Where and When" and "Find Us" pages | |
| Settings | Web site settings and options not specifically shown on one page such as the Bulletin, the Page Style and Map link information. |
The "Home Page" takes information from several places.
