The quickest way to add entries to the calendar is to use the [Quick Update] button. This will allow you to simply choose a day of the week, specially designed for bridge clubs who usually have their special events on one day of the week.

• Click "Calendar"
• Click on [Quick Update]
• Select a day of the week and click it, e.g.. [Tuesday]
• Select the event number, for most clubs you can ignore this, but if you want to record Multiple events for a day, then click it, e.g.. [Second Event]
• Bridgewebs will show all information recorded on the web site for the chosen day/event and the dates from today forward for 18 months
• Enter the Title, Location, Time, Director, Scorer, Host, Dealer and click Highlight, as necessary.

Remember, it is not necessary to enter the Location and time for each event if the Location is the usual venue and the time the same. It might be better to only enter this if it is different.

Remember, you can use Cut & Paste techniques to quickly fill the boxes, try clicking on a box, then Right Click.
