Membership - Emailing documents

You can use the bulk email facility to send documents to members. The documents wont be sent as attachments, rather a link will be sent to the document on the website which the member will be able to open and view. This is much more efficient than sending large documents through email.

First upload your document to the Document library , see Uploading documents

From Web Admin - Membership - Email members tab

Select who you want to send the email to and build the body of the message , see Bulk emails

If you just want to send one document. In Section 6 Link , select the document from the drop down list.


To send more than one document link, use the editor


 
Select the insert Document Link . A pop-up box will be shown

Select the document required from the drop down list and rename the Link Title if required. Press Ok.

Repeat these steps for each document.
