You can choose whether to select the dates automatically or manually

1. User Selected

You can select the events for the competition from your calendar.

Once you have entered the first date of your competition and clicked save, a list of dates will show.

The system will automatically show the dates for the same day of the week over the 14 months (to allow for a late finish) following the start date plus any other entries from the calendar in this period. This is all you need to do if your competition is for a specific day of the week,.

If your competition covers more than one day of the week, then you will first need to create calendar entries for each of the competition dates. Use the "Quick Update" to enter them quickly.

• Click on a date to include it in the competition (turns green)
• Click again to exclude it from the competition (turns grey)

2. Auto

With Auto the dates change dynamically when the Competition is viewed.

Choose The Period

• Year
• Quarter
• Month

The Basis

• Club Year - i.e.. first month of Year or Quarter will be as per your club year month set in the [Options] Tab.
• Rolling Year - i.e.. 12/3 months back from current date
• Calendar Year - first month is January

Which Period

• Current
• Previous
• Previous + x

e.g..

If Year/Calendar/Previous and the current date is Sept 2012, then the period will be 2011
If Quarter/Calendar/Previous and the current date is Sept 2012, then the period will be April - June 2012
