Prototype (EBU Only at present)

If you would like Members to Volunteer for "Host" or one of the other fields maintained in the Calendar, you can set "values" so that the member can volunteer through the Calendar rather having to tell you and use the Calendar - Quick Update.

This works with the Monthly Calendar only.

You can specify a field with a value of "Volunteer", "TBA", "Wanted" or "Available", all work the same .

Then when you look at the Calendar, you will see "Volunteer" in the usual way, but it will be clickable.

A Member enters their EBU, clicks [Check] and Bridgewebs will check the validity and if so shows the member name (Together with NGS Grade if present). Then the Member clicks [Confirm] and the Calendar will be updated. 

If a person subsequently goes back in and enters their EBU number again, it will cancel the "Volunteer"

Note: The system shows the NGS Grade as an aid to someone arriving without a partner as to their ability.

Note: This has been set up for one club with special rules regarding updating, these may need refining
