THE CHILDREN IN NEED CHARITY SIM PAIRS WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY 16TH NOVEMBER.
PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THE DATE AND ASK ANY FRIENDS TO JOIN US FOR THE EVENING
ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE CHARITY. TABLE MONEY WILL BE £5 A HEAD.

| HALL MATTERS- MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE |
The management committee has asked afternoon users of the Hall to place the chain over the car park entrance when leaving to stop
non hall users from parking around the hall. This might mean that any early arrivals for bridge might find the chain across the
entrance. It is not locked and can be removed

| Traffic Delays |
 On occasions, road traffic accidents mean that members are delayed. We think that it might be useful
if a mobile number was available, to let the Director know the position, Catherine Limon is willing for her
number to be used. Please make a note 07778794917

| Weekly Results |
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON HANDICAP RESULTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT TO QUALIFY FOR THE HANDICAP A MEMBER MUST HAVE PLAYED IN AT LEAST ONE THIRD OF TOTAL PAIRS EVENTS IN YEAR TO DATE. WHERE THIS IS NOT THE CASE, MEMBERS NAMES WILL NOT APPEAR IN THE HANDICAP RESULTS. THIS INCLUDES AN HANDICAPPED MEMBER PLAYING WITH A NON QUALIFYER. Please see members Notices page for further information.
It helps in scoring if members would complete travel slips by showing only the number of tricks made. Do not show +1 or -1 etc as this can lead to confusion. Please use a pen , as pencil is sometimes difficult to read
