Visitors will be very welcome and on these evenings there will be no additional vistor's fee. If you would like to play but are having difficulty finding another pair or partner will you please let John MacLachlan know and he will do his best to find players for your team.
After 11 years' service, David Strawbridge (Chairman) and John MachLachlan (Tournament Director) both retired from the Grange Bridge Club Committee at the AGM on 13th November.
The whole club thanks them for all their hard work over so many years, and for making Grange Bridge Club such a friendly and enjoyable place to play bridge.
The winter stratified pairs will start on Tuesday 6th November and will finish on Tuesday 29th January. The results of the Teams nights and the Annual Party will not count for this competition. Players' four best results will be used to determine the winners.
Bon voyage, Manel
One of our longest serving members, Manel Trepte, has gone back to Sri Lanka. The Club marked her last evening at Grange by presenting her with a box of chocolates and a card signed by the members of the Club. We wish Manel good health and happiness in her new life.
All players to be there at 11.45AM for a prompt start at 12 noon for all events (apart from AGM).
