Garden Cities
Cheltenham played in the GARDEN CITIES QUALIFIER in BRISTOL and came 2nd.  In the National Final they came 3rd of 8, losing heavily to local rivals Bristol - who should look out for the next encounter.  :) 
Recent EBU & wider Successes

Jul 13 : Paul & Patrick are now winners of the Welsh teams championship (the Welsh Cup) and the Welsh Mixed teams championship (the Cambria Cup).

Mar 13 : Pam Pearce won the Portland Pairs (with Ron Davis, ex Cheltenham)

Sep 12 : Dan McIntosh & Patrick Shields came 3rd in the Welsh Invitation Pairs.

Sep 12 : Pam Pearce lost the semi-final of the Ladies Teams by 1 imp.

Jul 12 : In the Glos-Hereford GP Events, the Pairs was won by Norah Allen & Andrew Courtman, and the team was won by Richard Butland, Patrick Shields and Keith Stanley (with help from Filip Kurbalija).

Jun 12 : Paul Denning & Patrick Shields played in the Welsh national team in the European Championships, where they came 11th of the 17 in their group.

Jun12 : In the Cheltenham Midweek Congress : Dan McIntosh & Patrick Shields won the Pairs, and Dan with Tony Hill & Alan Wearmouth won the Teams (supported by Martin Garvey).
