| Bosham - Away Weekend - October 2026 |
We are returning to our ever popular venue for a Weekend Away at The Millstream Hotel, Bosham, near Chichester, from Friday, October 23rd to Sunday, October 25th, 2026. Booking forms are available by clicking here, and as numbers are limited, early booking is recommended.

| Bill Garnsey Cup |
In memory of Bill, a new cup, the Bill Garnsey Cup, has been donated to the club by Joy Garnsey. In line with Bill's wishes, the cup will be awarded annually to a club member based on two criteria, namely skill at playing bridge and committment to the club by regular attendance. The fourth award will be based on 2025 results. The other cups to be awarded this year will be the 2026 Wednesday Ladder Cup, the Ladies Pairs Cup and the Mixed Pairs Cup.

| IN MEMORIUM |
Many of you will remember Germaine Hanstead who recently passed away. She was a committed member of Gerrards Cross Bridge Club for many years. Germaine had her name inscribed on quite a few trophies including the Wednesday Ladder. She was a very knowledgable and formidable opponent and will be remembered for a long time to come.

| GX MEMORIAL CENTRE FIRE REGULATIONS |
| Instructions have been given to all users of the Memorial Centre on what to do in case of a fire. These are posted on the club's notice board. Please take time to read them, and remember that everyone must go immediately to the fire assembly point in the main car park on the discovery of a fire. |
