1) CHECK BOARD AND PAIR numbers before taking out cards.
2) MAKE the opening lead BEFORE filling in your score card.
3) Dummy to put down their hand BEFORE getting absorbed in their own admin.
Declarer can get on and plan /play rather than sit there watching tops of heads and pen pushing. We could rattle through the evening if just these suggestions alone are acted upon by everyone.
