Congratulations to Juliet Vivers and Bob Anderson for their win at the Central District Pairs Finals. Juliet and Bob won against a very strong field of 16 pairs.

Congratulations to Debbie Butler and Charlie Jackson who won the SBU Bronze Brunch on Saturday 6 April with a very impressive score of 70.42% to finish 1st of 22 competing pairs

This year's AGM has now been agreed to be held on the 25th of April, which will conclude this year's competitions and bridge nights.

Congratulations to Sandra Pirie who won this year's Mary Nicoll Individual competition, with a score of 64.58%. Well done Sandra.

Bob and Juliet had a total of 91 VPs (from a possible 120), winning five of their six matches. 

Congratulations to Sandra Pirie and Judith Swan for winning this year's Cathy Lackie Quaich. There was less than 1% between the top 3 finishers and Judith and Sandra edged it with a score of 61.57%.

Forfar Bridge Club now plays every Thursday evening from September to April at The Stag, 140-144, Castle Street, Forfar DD8 3HX Play commences at 7.00 pm, but members are asked to arrive at 6.45pm   The Club is affiliated to the Scottish Bridge Union. Table money is now £5.00 per person per night and includes tea or coffee and biscuits.  Alcoholic or soft drinks may be purchased from the venue.  We do not run a host system but would welcome enquiries from individuals of any standard and would do our best to find a partner for any particular evening.
