♣ 1. HOW TO BOOK A SCHEDULED GAME

Click on the Book to Play link

The Book To play link opens a new page

Select the session you wish to play and sign up

Following payment of £2.50 per player – a confirmation email will be provided

30 mins before session starts: - Check your email for the link to the Real Bridge Login Page

 

 2. HOW TO JOIN A BOOKED GAME

An email will be sent to you up to an hour before the session starts. Click on the Realbridge link which will take you to the game.

Please use your Preferred First Name and Surname every time you play.

Capital the first letter of First Name and Surname

Enter your EBU Number in the ID Space underneath your Name - Every time you play.

If you do not know your EBU number – Email John at jgbarker7@gmail.com

 

 3. JOINING A GAME WITH YOUR PARTNER

              Go to the Lowest Number Table available and choose either N/S or E/W

Do not wait in The Lobby find a Seat Your Partner should be able to find you.

 

♠ 4. HOW DO I FIND A PARTNER?

On login to the session – 

  • Go to the Highest Number Table – “Pair up Table”
  • Chat and agree Pair Up
  • Leave “Pair up Table” and join any other Table
  • “Pair Up Table” will not be in use once play begins.

A First for Bridge Director or host will aim to assist in finding a partner, providing you are flexible. If possible, they will play in the event of an odd number of guests.

 

♣ 5. WILL THERE BE HALF TABLES?

Real Bridge does not have robots therefore a half table may occur. However, the Arena Team will be on standby to avoid a Half Table if possible.

 

 6. Undo Rules

We would like players to accept an Undo in the bidding and only for genuine Misclicks (just because you have changed your mind on a Bid and thought of a better Bid this is not a reason to ask for an Undo. Please do not ask for an Undo in the play of the Cards as this is not allowed.
