DUPLICATE BRIDGE CLUB
I hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of the
above club will take place at Finchampstead Memorial Hall at 7.15pm on Tuesday
April 1st
The agenda will be as follows:
- Apologies
for absence
- Approval
of the minutes of the AGM in 2013
- Chairman’s
report
- Secretary’s
report
- Treasurer’s
report
- Membership
fees and table money
- Any
other business
There is one vacancy on the Committee and nominations are
welcome. If you are prepared to stand please speak to Lyn.
If any members have matters they wish to raise could they
please notify the secretary by March 19th so that any necessary facts can be
researched before the A.G.M.
