Individual                                          Tony Shearman
Knock-out                                          Con & Pauline Hanson.

It was agreed that the Handicap trophy would not be awarded as the parameters used for its calculation appeared to be identical to that of the Improvers

10.          A.O.B

Malcolm pointed out that as questions of security regarding prepared boards had been raised, the committee considered that our methods were adequately secure.  He offered that any member was welcome to see how the process worked if they were interested.  Malcolm also suggested that the scoring computer was not really adequate in that its system was over 15 years old and was no longer supported.  After some discussion it was agreed that we should purchase a new lap-top rather than consider a refurbished one or a remote monitor.  Conrad offered to look at possibilities and report back .

Glynne thanked the members for their attention and closed the meeting at 1.55.

Signed
