2009 A New Year
Best wishes for everyone in 2009.  May we all have the run of the cards that we didn't have last year.

Though "time and tide wait for no man" each year it seems that time cheats and moves faster.

Soon it will be the Falkirk Congress at Montrose (13th - 16th March 2009).  It is your congress and needs your support.

Enjoy your bridge.

About Falkirk Bridge Club
Falkirk Bridge Club meets every Monday night in the Falkirk Rugby Club.  The format is duplicate bridge and the season runs from September to the end of April.

Every Monday during the summer there is an open teams of four competition.

The club has two teams in the East of Scotland league and three in the Falkirk and District League.  Home league matches are played at Christchurch, the church hall of the Scottish Episcopal Church.

Visitors are welcome.  Contact details can be found in the Committee section in the Information pages. A map showing the location of Christchurch is on the  "How to find us" page in the Information section.

Cembler Marks round 3

There was a small scoring error in this tournament.  It has had a small effect on scores but no positions have changed.

Competition Results

I have put on the cumulative scores for the teams of 4 and the Cembler Marks.  I will add the others in the next day or two.

On the menu on the home page, click competitions and then the name of the actual competitions.  They are in PDF format and will open with Adobe reader (free download if you don't have it ) or an equivalent programme.  If you have problems opening them speak to me.

The teams results are in a bigger font over two pages.  The Cembler Marks in a smaller font on one page.  If the latter is too small to read I can change it.

Gus
