Evesham Bridge Club is affiliated to the English Bridge Union and the Worcestershire Contract Bridge Association. We hold 3 sessions of bridge each week to cater for all levels of experience. Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday Evenings.

Thanks to everyone who helped to organise and run the annual club party on 15th March. An enjoyable evening for all who attended.
There will be no bridge on Easter Monday - 2nd April.
Six teams entered this competition which was played on 14th December.The winners were Veronica Enticknap, Ronnie Moore, Wendy Marchant and Lillie Taylor with +57 imps. In second place were Wilf Atkinson, Mark Stretch, Pat Sparrow and Jeff Jones who finished with +55 imps. The second team had been in the lead throughout but were overtaken on the last two boards by the winners.

This competition is based on the Tuesday results over a twelve month period. The 2017 winner is Brenda Gallagher - well done!
This annual pairs event for club members was held on 29th June. The winners were Veronica Enticknap and Ronnie Moore who scored 60.9%, well ahead of second placed Wilf Atkinson and Mark Stretch on 54.7%. David Jones and Jean Cotterill came third on 53.1%.
The Hobbs prize is awarded annually to the pair whose average score has improved the most over the previous twelve months. This year's winners are Betty and Ken Southwell.
The Rhodes Lawrence Trophy is awarded annually to the pair with the highest average score over a year from June until the following May. This year's winners are Veronica Enticknap and Ronnie Moore with an average of 58.02%. Second were Wilf Atkinson and Mark Stretch on 56.86% and third were Chris Enticknap and Barry Sayers on 56.03%. Well done to all three pairs for scoring consistently well across the year.
