A “pair” can consist of 2 or 3 players. In divisions of approximately 10 pairs, players will play matches against all others in their division. At the end of each series 2 pairs will be promoted and 2 pairs demoted from each division, with some flexibility allowing for pairs dropping out and new pairs entering.
