ECBA Privacy Statement
This is a two session Pairs event held at various venues simultaneously. The event will be match pointed over the entire field via the internet. The starting times at all venues will be 13.00pm and 2 sessions of 24 boards will be played with a break between sessions. The second session will start at approximately 5.30pm.

NOTE that as this is now an EBU competition, entry is via the EBU (members area / book events), not via the ECBA.
Trophies will still be awarded to the Essex pair progressing furthest through the competition.
32 pairs contested the Billericay half of the Eastern Regional final held at Barleylands. When rolled-up with Stamford, Robert Elliott & Peter Oake came 5th (of 52).
These Regional finals are rolled up nationally and the top 50 qualify for the National Final in April. Congratulations to Robert Elliott & Peter Oake, Sandy & Martin Smith, John Sutcliffe & Richard Register and Ashley Nicklin & Fran Alexander for qualifying for the finals in 17th, 26th, 42nd and 48th place, respectively (of 212 pairs).
In the National Final, Richard Register & John Sutcliffe came a creditable 23rd and consequently won the cups for 2017.
28 pairs contested the new-format Billericay half of the Eastern Regional final held at Barleylands. When rolled-up with Peterborough, Val & Paul Mollison came 5th and Richard Register & John Sutcliffe 6th (of 51 pairs).
These Regional finals are rolled up nationally and the top 50 qualify for the National Final in April. Congratulations to Val, Paul, Richard & John for making it to the finals in 25th and 33rd place, respectively (of 244 pairs).
