Dear Club Secretary,

The Essex Committee has decided to donate 1000 ECBA personal scorecards to all affiliated clubs in Essex.

Over the last few years a small surplus of funds has built up in the ECBA accounts and we felt that we should use some of this to provide Essex clubs with a set of scorecards free of charge.

Some of these sets are already on their way to you via people who attended yesterday's AGM. I plan to distribute as many as possible by passing them on to individuals either at clubs I play at or at events coming up in the near future, starting with the Mixed teams on Wednesday next.

It may take a week or two to get them distributed. I will contact clubs separately in those instances where I need to find an alternative method of delivery.
