Swiss Pairs 2016/17

Cash Prizes!  £100 for the winners and lesser prizes for places, plus a bottle of wine each for the leading non-experts! (Prizes other than 1st subject to the number of entries)

Swiss Pairs are held on Sunday on most months.

Every year we have a Blue Pointed Club Championship Swiss Pairs and  Club Championship Swiss Teams, for which we additionally present specially engraved glassware

To enter, use the Swiss Pairs Entry Form for the appropriate date or notify us in person or by telephone.

Play for Sunday events starts promptly at 2.30 p.m. and finishes approx 8 p.m.  The Wednesday event starts at 11.00 am.

Bridgemate scoring with current round assignments and almost no delay between rounds

£15.00 pp entry fee includes tea, coffee, squash, with sandwiches and cake at the interval.

Please enter in advance if possible and pay on the day. We can usually accommodate late entries and pairs who come without pre-booking, but can not guarantee their acceptance.

All events licensed by the EBU.  Master Points on the District scale.

28 December (Wednesday at 11.00 a.m.) 
Dates for 2017: 15 January, 12 February, 
09 April - Club Championship Swiss Pairs - Blue Pointed, 
14 May, 25 June.
