All tuition sessions include hand copies of hands played in class, homework assignments, hand-outs, as well as a free refreshment break so you can get to know your fellow students properly.
 

We offer tuition from beginner to advanced standard and are fully accredited under the EBU's original Bridge For All initiative.  We also hold a distinction award in Bridge Club directing and membership of the English Bridge Education & Development's (EBED) Teachers' Association.

Tuition is normally available on Thursday mornings (10:15) at Warwick Close.  The next beginner in-take starts in October.  Just contact us to register if you are interested.

Play opportunities: After completion of the Foundation syllabus and attendance for at least six months at our Monday afternoon Chicago/Gentle Duplicate sessions, we offer students a choice of playing experiences as follows:

For the more experienced: you are welcome to try our local EBU-affiliated New Hertford Duplicate Bridge Club, for whom we are the accredited tutition service.  This club meets on Tuesday evenings in Waterford VH.  Membership applications can subsequently be considered through the membership secretary. For the less experienced: you are welcome to try our non-affiliated Duplicate Bridge Club on Monday afternoons at Bayfordford VH, or to continue in the Chicago Section for more practice.  Duplicate membership can be considered as explained in the "Chicago and Gentle Duplicate" tab our Home Page.

Intermediate and Advanced Tuition:  This service gives the added flexibility of EITHER organising your own group of four when and where you want (Enhanced Distance Learning), OR of using the Private Pick & Learn service (Direct Tuition).  Just ask for details or click on "Tuition: Intermediate" in the Menu:  choose your topic or suggest your own!  From just £5.00 per student!
