The Board is saddened to learn of the death of long standing past member, Mary Anderson. Mary played regularly in the club, mainly on Friday afternoons, after the club re-opened in 2022. Mary's funeral is to be on Monday 23 February, meeting at the RuffletsHotel near St Andrews at 12 for 12.30. At 12.30 those assembled will go the short distance to the cemetary before returning to the hotel.

The SBU National Swiss Pairs was held on RealBridge on Saturday 15^th February 2026. Michael Heubeck continued his sucessful run, finishing first, partnerd by Damien Byron. Top pairs were:-

There will be a new evening session at Dundee Bridge Club to be held on the last Monday of the month starting on Monday 23^rd February 2026 and running to Monday 31^st August 2026. Play will commence at 7:00pm.

SCG Solutions, a business telecoms specialist, are sponsoring the event with prizes of £100 per pair awarded to the top gold, top silver and top bronze pairs. A trophy, donated by Earl McGregor, will be presented to the overall winning pair.

You will automatically be entered in the competition when you register on the evening to play. Visitors are welcome to play on any of the evenings but are not eligible to win a prize.

The Airlie (scratch) and Rockfield (handicap) trophies will be played on Tuesday evenings on the following dates: 4^th Nov, 2^nd Dec, 6^th Jan, 3^rd Feb, 3^rd March, & 7^th April. The format will be a multiple teams’ movement.
These competitions are only open to members of Dundee Bridge Club. Substitutes are allowed but must be club members.

The Cental District Russell French teams of four trophy event was held at Dundee Bridge Club on Saturday 17^th January 2026. Eleven teams from various Central District Clubs participated in the event.

From Monday, 16^th February, 2026 2-4pm, we shall recommence a Fastrack Course. This combines the two years of the Regular course into a continuous 20 lesson course.

Total cost is £140 to be paid in 2 halves.
