In order to answer as many questions as possible and given there

is a lot to get through on the night,the Committee asks members 

to submit their questions,comments and suggestions on or before

Thursday 23rd May.

This practice has proven very helpful at other clubs with the Q&A session and the committee are able to give more informed replies.
