The Deva Christmas Party was held on Sunday 3rd December and a good time was had by all!
The festivities kicked off with canapes and mulled wine being served while we warmed our brains up for the bridge with some Christmas-themed dingbats - all accompanied beautifully by Miles Arnot on the clarinet.
After the (not very) serious business of duplicate bridge we were treated to a delicious hot and cold buffet.
All cooked and served by our fabulous catering team of Alison, Heather and Angie.
Viv Fielding was last person standing at the elimination bingo.
Before Father Christmas and his elf assistant turned up to present the rest of the prizes.
Janet Falcon and Norma Miles were the highest scoring NS pair.
Simon Anderson and Chrsitine O'Dell finished second NS.
Jeremy and Anne Dodd came top EW.
Pennie Ayton and Richard Tresias finished second EW.
The lucky score prize went to Pat Williams and Richard Formby.
Worst board went to Pauline Kenton and David Stoddart.
And, last but not least, the lucky ticket number prize was won by Joyce Alsop.
