Welcome to Derbyshire Dales Bridge Club, where the aim is to promote friendly daytime duplicate bridge for players in and around the Matlock area.
From Monday 10th October we are at our winter venue - the Golf Club.
Please be seated by 12.55. Table money is £2. Served drinks or from a machine is £1. Please let us know which on arrival.
Sessions are held each Monday afternoon at The Whitworth Institute over the summer and Matlock Golf Club October to April. Players are welcome to turn up without a partner - this can easily be arranged on the afternoon.
Improver training and development sessions are arranged on agreed dates over the winter months. Anyone interested is welcome to enquire.
Duplicate bridge (pairs, teams and other events) are organised by an EBU-trained Tournament Director.
Our aim is to accommodate all levels of experience, while maintaining high standards, a relaxed atmosphere and a realistic rate of play.
At this stage we are not EBU affilliated - this is a possible future development and will be kept under review.
