Improvements

For those of you who attended in 2016, the General Manager has confirmed that the hotel are continuing to carry out improvements to the hotel and are happy to accommodate our requests to improve the bridge facilities, these include, but are not limited to, the following which will be in place for our 2017 Congress.

The toilets adjacent to the ballroom will be completely refurbished.
The heating will be managed more effectively.
There will be a staffed tea/coffee station outside the ballroom at a cost of £1 per cup - this will be available from 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Additional lighting will be provided in the 'darker' places on the balcony.
Staffing levels will be increased in the Bar Area on Friday lunchtime.
The Bar will be open from 10 a.m. on Sunday for anyone requiring to purchase tea/coffee.
There will be a telephone connection for the use of the organisers\directors to contact Reception.
