In view of the recent flooding to the Eden Bridge Club, we are still intending to host this fixture at Stanwix Bowling Club.
The following players have been selected to represent the County:-
David Latimer/John Robinson, Alan and Carol James; Ian Smith/Adam Aitken, Simon Smith/Tony Bartlett; Geoff Thomson/Joan Mossop, Maureen Mitchell/Christine Edwards;
Joyce Gallimore/Sylvia Rogerson, Marjorie Swan/Rosemary Jackson; Christine Johnston/Angela Hewitt, Ken Johnston/Ian Reeves.
We woud like to provide a small finger buffet for the visitors and I would be grateful if you can bring something along for an American style tea.

On behalf of the County, I would like to thank all the players who made themselves available for the annual fixture against the Scottish Southern District Bridge Association.
Once again, we were well provided for by the host team, and the usual superb buffet tea provided by the Southern District Players. The whole day was a very pleasant occasion, made even better by another win.
