PAY TO PLAY

In January 2010 it is necessary to provide the EBU with details of members of Cramlington Bridge Club ready for the new scheme of Pay to Play.  The details required by the EBU are as follows:

Title/Forename/Surname/House No/ Postcode/EBU No.

There are some people who do not wish to give their details to the EBU and, therefore, will be known by a non-de-plume.  If there are members who do not wish to have these details given could they let me know (Anne Bell, Secretary) so that I am not (A) in breach of the Data Protection Act and (B) violating anyone's right to privacy in this matter.

This is an important aspect of this new scheme and it would help me if in early January those members who do not wish to send their details to the EBU inform me accordingly.
