Various events to publicise this month both educational & competitive!

Education:

• Dates for your diary

• One-day Director training seminars:
  • Aimed at club directors, probable venue Woolavington. If you might be interested please let myself or your club secretary know so that we can gauge the level of interest.

Competition:

• Entries for the Paul Jones close next Sunday: straightforward multiple teams of 4 except that the captain partners each team mate for about a third of the matches.
• It’s not too late to enter the County Percentage: choose a club, pay £4 entry and the average of your best 10 results between now & the end of March determines whether you make the final or not.
• Championship Teams of 4: entries by 1^st September please. The first round is on October 9^th with subsequent rounds arranged privately. 1^st & 2^nd round losers will enter a Plate competition.

Advance Warning:

            The A39 west of Ashcott  is due to be closed from 7pm to 7am throughout September with traffic lights during the day. Please be aware that this might well affect your travel to Woolavington: County League; Mixed Pairs; Western league..

 This is a no ticket event - acknowledgement of your payment will be by email. 

The SCBA advise early booking to avoid disappointment because Andrew's sessions are very popular and place are limited.
