The AGM of 9th March 2015 voted to adopt the new club constitution.

The AGM of 9th March 2015 voted to increase session tables monies to:

• £3 per evening for members, and
• £4 for non-members.

It was also decided that there would be free evenings, from time to time.

It is the Club's current policy to run three Sims events each year, specifically:

1. The Surrey Sims run by the SCBA in February,
2. The Surrey Sims run by the SCBA in September, and
3. The British Autumn Sim Pairs run by the EBU in October.
