Please note that the County Pairs qualifier will be played on the 26th October
The final will be played on Saturday 5th (Morning and Saturday Evening on the Inter-Insular).
The format for the Final will be:
2 x 4 board matches Saturday Morning
7 x 4 board matches Saturday Evening
As always the winners of the County Pairs will be eligible to represent the Channel Islands in the Corwen on the 3rd/4th of May 2017.

CICBA HANDICAP COMPETITION

There will be 10 Open Pairs dates for this competition. To qualify for a prize, you will need to play on at least 5 occasions
Many Wednesday night players played less than the 6 qualifying dates last competition. If you are one of these,please support your club and play at least 5 times on Open pairs nights and give yourself a chance to win a money prize.Leading players after the 21st September are George Couzens, Cherry McMillen and Mike Allen The competition will run from August to December. Handicaps will reset for the start of this competition so everybody will start on an equal footing. The results of play from January to July will be used as the basis for this.
Please give a committee member your feed back, positive or negative, on the competion so, where we need to, we may learn how to improve matters !
