We meet on Tuesdays at 7.30 p.m. at Christ the King Church Hall, Sedgewell Road, Sonning Common, Reading RG4 9TA.

We normally play 24 boards aiming to finish about 10.30. However currently we have several novices playing and we have opted to play 20/21 boards with a tea break. Visitors are welcome but please consult the calendar to see if we are playing teams of four. We do have ready access and excellent facilities for the disabled. Our aim is to play bridge in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The laws of bridge are applied in full but we aim to enforce these in a sympathetic manner. Hands are computer dealt with hand records available afterwards.

The annual subscription is £10 with table money of £2.00. Visitors  pay £3.00 (students from our classes £2.00).

The club has a team of eight playing in Berks and Bucks Bridge League. Many of the members also play teams of four in the Chiltern Bridge League.  

This year we are not offering classes starting prior to the main club session. Supervised play sessions for selected improving novices are still available on Thursday afternoons at 2.00p.m. at Mikes house in Henley Tel. 01491-579795. 

Scorers are not expected to check computation or tabulation, although if they notice an error they will of course correct it.

The Club Licences partnership agreements as per English Bridge Union Level 3 as defined in the last version of the EBU Orange Book 2012 which is available via the menu. On Pro-Am nights we limit conventions to level 2 as per the county Friendly Pairs events.
