Entries for the 2018/19 National Inter-club knockout (NICKO) are now open. This is a knockout competition for teams representing a single club. Each club can enter as many teams as it wishes.
An entry form is available here. Teams fund their own entries but to ensure the players in each team are eligible to represent the club, the EBU require entry forms to be endorsed by the secretary.
If you have any news that you think would interest other members please let Gaynor know at email@example.com
Anyone requiring a partner should contact Gaynor Bresler at firstname.lastname@example.org
Members can find contact details for other members (email/phone) under Membership. All current members are already Registered and just need to obtain a password via Forgotten Password.
♥ Chelmsford is a friendly club♥
Chelmsford offers a good standard of bridge and welcomes both experienced players and improvers.
Visitors and new members are welcome. There is no need to call in advance. However, we do not offer a hosting system so you will need a partner.
If you need help finding a partner or would like to talk to a committee member please contact our secretary Gaynor Bresler on email@example.com in the first instance.
Together with Alpha and Lingwood we have been working on ways to promote bridge in the Chelmsford area. One of the first initiatives is to introduce a shared "find a partner" service. If you request a partner, details will be passed to the other clubs. Full data protection requirements will be observed. Alpha meet on Friday at Newland Springs and Lingwood on Tuesday at Danbury Sports and Social Club. Both clubs are EBU affiliated. To find out a bit more about each club go to their websites Alpha or Lingwood
We have two sister clubs where you can enjoy a relaxed and friendly bridge session
Great Baddow Tennis Club Tuesday afternoon and supervised bridge on Wednesday afternoon. 1.15pm for 1.30pm start. There is a host on both days so you do not need a partner
Falcon Bowls Club 10am Monday. Experienced players are welcomed to play with newer bridge players.
