After another most successful bridge holiday we have booked for the eighth time at The Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth for our 2017 bridge holiday.

The holiday is licensed by the English Bridge Union and is open to all bridge players; it is not necessary to be a member of any club or county association to participate. It is designed to be fun for all from the inexperienced to regular club players.

The cost is £285 per person based on two sharing for club members plus £10 for non-members – the extra £10 is to cover the Corporation Tax charge we anticipate to pay for non-members. You can of course opt to become members of the club (annual subscription is £15) and we would be pleased to hear from you should you wish to join. The price indicated includes the following:
    •   Half-board accommodation.
    •   Return coach from Leicester and Loughborough. A refund will be given to those using their own vehicles, if the coach is full. On site complimentary parking.
    •   Teas/coffees served mornings and afternoons and after dinner in the evening.
    •   Simon Stokes has agreed again to direct the bridge and hold 3 seminars.
    •   Bridge on Monday evening followed by 2 sessions of bridge on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 
    •   Masterpoints and prizes to be awarded.
    •   This year there will be an optional full day excursion to Portsmouth on Thursday 16th March.  This will probably leave at 10.45am and return by 5.00pm.  Cost will be approximately £12 depending on numbers.
    •   We cannot guarantee a host so please ensure, when booking, that you have a bridge partner.

    There are limited single occupancy rooms available at a supplement of £40. Should you wish a room with sea view there is a supplement of £10 per room per night (please note the reduction from last year). 

Please note that no booking will be accepted without a completed booking form and a non-returnable deposit of £25 per person. (See booking form for methods of payment). It is recommended that you book early as previous holidays have been fully booked and although the hotel are very generous with the number of rooms allowed with single occupancy these are limited.
