The tournament are more relaxed than normal club tournaments. They are often referred to as “No Fears”. Typically about twenty boards will be played. They are supervised by an experienced person who will be happy to help and advise on all aspects of playing in a tournament. You do not need a partner as the supervisor is happy to play if there is an odd number. Those tournaments with a named supervisor are run by that person not the Carlton Bridge Club.
