SBU Swiss Teams

 

The event seemed to go very well. A thank you for those who organised  and officiated

 

I noticed 

Kenny Hunter, Norman Cooper, Dilys Gellatly, Nicol Taylor finished third equal. Apologies to those club memebers deserving of a honourable mention that I have not spotted

 

I picked up on a number of favourable comments re the catering. Thank you to those who helped with this aspect of the organisation and of course to the caterers themselves.

Min Thomas Mixed Pairs overall result -

Won by Iain and Margaret Ross who followed up their second place [@week 1] with a bumper score in the second session

Hazel Brown and Ian Macauley were second

Jim Wilkinson and Catriona Gardiner were a close third

Alison White and Graeme Williamson/ Irene Sime and David Kaye shared fourth place

How to Connect to MEMPAD, the New SBU Online Master Point System

To see their master point record, members can login to the new SBU master point system at http://www.mempad.co.uk.   If you do not have a password yet, you need to email the master point secretary, Janet Rixon, with your name and SBU membership number (the number you use to login to the bridgemates) and she will send you a password.  Her email address  is masterpoints@scottishbridge.co.uk.  Your username is your SBU membership number.  When you login for the first time go to  “help” and “get started” where you will be able to change your password to something more memorable.
