IT IS EAST/WEST´S RESPONSIBILITY THAT THE SCORES ENTERED ARE CORRECT BEFORE ACCEPTING THE RESULT.
FALURE TO DO THIS WILL GIVE THE T/D UNNECESSARY WORK.

PLEASE ENTER YOUR NAME IN "PLAYING YES/NO" IT WILL SAVE A LOT OF TIME RINGING AROUND TRYING TO FIX UP PARTNERS.
WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD LET A COMMITTEE MEMBER KNOW WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO BE AWAY FOR A TIME THEN WE CAN MAKE UP A WEB PAGE TO LET EVERYBODY IN THE CLUB KNOW WHEN YOU WILL BE AVAILABLE.

UNDER THE E.B.U. RULES IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO ALERT A 1 CLUB OPENING AS BEING FALSE OR GENUINE.
IF YOUR OPPONENT OPENS 1 CLUB JUST ASK "WHICH SYSTEM ARE YOU PLAYING ?".
SAYC PROBABLY FALSE MIN 1 CLUB IN HAND ASKING FOR A RESPONSE FROM PTNR.
ACOL GENUINE MIN 4 CLUBS IN HAND.

THE COMMITEE HAS DECIDED WHEN THERE ARE LESS THAN 2.5 TABLES THERE WILL NOT BE ANY WINE OFFERED TO THE WINNERS,
SORRY TO ANY ONE THAT COMES FIRST WITH ONLY ONE OR TWO TABLES PLAYING.

It is NORTHS RESPONSIBILITY to check that the correct boards are being played and they are positioned correctly

| General Rules |
Competitions shall be held at such times and under such conditions as the general committee or any sub-committee shall determine.
Any suggestions or complaints regarding the arrangements of "The Club" shall be submitted in writing and handed to the secretary or any member of the general committee and shall be considered at the next committee meeting.
"The Club" accepts no responsibility whatever for the property or belongings of any member or visitor whilst on the premises of "The Club".
Any matter not provided for in these regulations and all questions arising regarding their construction or implication shall be decided by the general committee.
The Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary and members of the general committee shall not be responsible, either individually or jointly, for any liabilities incurred by "The Club". All members shall be equally responsible for any liabilities incurred during their time of membership.
The President is now allowed to hold two posts at the same time i.e.:- president and one other post. passed on 14/03/2014.
Alterations, additions or amendments to these regulations and constitution cannot be made except by a resolution at a general meeting.
These regulations and constitution were adopted.
