Ann Caygill chaired the meeting in Liz’s absence and thanked Patricia for hosting the meeting and welcomed Ian to the committee.

Minutes of AGM 19.4.2010 have been on website since April and were accepted.
Public Liability Insurance/General Insurance
Mary explained there had been an incident at the Golding bridge club where a member had hurt their arm on a screw sticking out of our cupboard. On checking it transpires we are not covered under St Aidan’s Public Liability Insurance and we have subsequently taken out Club Insurance through the EBU at a cost of £68.00 per annum.
Scoring Liz to add Ian Eckford onto our licence with Scorebridge. Ann to purchase USB disc drive to upload hands onto the website.
Calendar 2010-2011 Mary has uploaded onto the website.
Inter Area Matches Gill Gold will be temporary Team Captain in Liz’s absence. Brunton will be entering 3 teams as usual for this event.
ABC Match Date for the next ABC match tentatively fixed for 22/5/2011. Format to be a teams event depending on numbers.
Committee duties Revised and agreed.
Director’s rota Mary to ask Don Reid if he would assist in directing in Ian’s absence.
As there was no other business to discuss, meeting closed at 5 p.m.
