Impromptu meeting called to pass a resolution to open an additional bank account with Nat West Bank in Ponteland.  A new bank account is required as our current bank, Barclays, do not have safety deposit box facilities.

A safety deposit box is required to store a collection of coins bequeathed to the Club from the late Ian Spoors estate.

Once the new bank account is opened at Nat West, the coins will be collected from Ian’s Solicitors and deposited until the matter can be discussed at length at our next committee meeting.

Resolution was duly passed.
