Minutes of Special General Meeting held on Monday 2^nd November 2009 at 7.10 p.m.

Present:  Liz Muir (Chairman), Mary Page (Secretary), Anne Caygill (Treasurer).

SGM was called to pass a new Constitution to take into account the new Play2Play Scheme commencing in April 2010.

Alfred Scott raised the point regarding Clause 15.1 concerning conduct.  He wanted complaints to be dealt with on the night by the Director. The Chairman pointed out this clause covers areas of conduct outwith the scope of the Director which was accepted.

The motion was proposed by Elaine Purves and seconded by Joceyln Gordon and was carried.

No other matter was discussed and Meeting closed 7.15 p.m.
